Diablo Weekend
The Dallas Diablos rugby team posted some vids of their match this weekend so you can root on the home team thanks to YouTube. One installment is below but for the rest of the match, head to the video site yourself.
They also just had their Miss Dallas Diablos 2008 pageant but I’m afraid to see what the results are. I don’t know if it’s an actual dragtastic event or just a bunch of big hairy guys in a dress. I’m waiting word on the winner.
UPDATE: This just in straight from the rucker’s mouth regarding the 2008 Miss Dallas Diablos:
After a fierce competition with two other contestants, Ms. Hylan Parc and Ms. SheGotta Mustache, Samantha Steele was crowned Miss Dallas Diablos 2008!! In addition to winning Miss Diablos, Samantha is now eligible to run in the Miss Charity America Pageant 2009!!
So, congratulations are in order for Miss Samantha Steele. Yay.
